人工智能高端论坛顺利召开

　　8月25日，人工智能高端论坛在重庆悦来国际会议中心顺利召开。该论坛是2018中国国际智能产业博览会的重要活动之一，由中国国际智能产业博览会组委会、中国电子信息产业发展研究院和人工智能产业创新联盟共同主办，赛迪传媒、《人工智能》杂志社、重庆虚拟现实产业发展联盟、重庆市人工智能学会共同承办。

　　On August 25th, the AI High-End Forum was successfully held at the Chongqing Yuelai International Convention Center. This forum is one of the most important activities in Smart China Expo 2018. It is co-sponsored by Smart China Expo Organizing Committee, China Center for Information Industry Development (CCID Group) and Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Alliance. CCID Media, “Artificial Intelligence VIEW” Magazine, Industry of Virtual Reality Alliance in Chongqing and Chongqing Association for Artificial Intelligence are the organizers of this forum.

　　论坛以“AI赋能，产业升级”为主题，广邀政府领导、院士专家，以及众多人工智能领军企业的高管，共同把脉我国人工智能产业的发展趋势，详解人工智能在各领域应用落地的实施路径，为重庆乃至全国的人工智能产业创新发展积极建言献策，共创合作共赢的人工智能产业生态圈。

　　With the theme of “Empowered by AI, Upgrading the Industry”, the forum invited leaders of the government, academicians, experts, as well as many senior executives of leading enterprises in the field of artificial intelligence. They clarified the developing trend of AI industry in China together, explained the implementing path of artificial intelligence applications in various fields, and actively offered suggestions for the innovative development of artificial intelligence industry in Chongqing and even the whole country, which could be helpful to form a cooperative and win-win artificial intelligence industry ecosystem.

　　重庆市人民政府副市长潘毅琴在欢迎辞中表示，当前，重庆正在深入学习贯彻习近平总书记新时代中国特色社会主义思想和十九大精神，紧紧围绕总书记对重庆提出的“两点”定位、“两地”“两高”目标和“四个扎实”要求，在国家系列重大战略和政策措施的推动下，谋划实施以大数据智能化为引领的创新驱动发展战略行动计划，以智能化引领产业转型升级，大力推动互联网、大数据、人工智能与实体经济深度融合，加快发展数字经济，推动制造业加速向数字化、网络化、智能化发展，同时加快形成智能产业、智能制造、智能化应用“三位一体”发展格局，努力建成国家重要智能产业基地、全国一流智能化应用示范之城和数字经济先行示范区。

　　Pan Yiqin, vice mayor of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, said in her welcome speech that Chongqing is thoroughly studying and implementing the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era which was presented by General Secretary Xi Jinping and the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress. Chongqing closely follows the positioning of two “Points”, the targets of two “Places” and two “High” and the requirements of four “Solidly”, which were proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping. Facilitated by series of national major strategies and policy measures, Chongqing plans to carry out a strategic action project of innovation-driven development led by big data intelligence, which could lead the transformation and upgrading of the industry with intelligence, significantly promote the deep integration of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and the real economy, accelerate the development of the digital economy, and increase the speed of manufacturing becoming more digitalized, networked and intellectualized. In addition, in order to speed up the formation of the "trinity" development pattern of intelligent industry, intelligent manufacturing and intelligent application, Chongqing makes great effort to be a national key base for intelligent industry, a national first-class demonstration city for intelligent applications and an advanced demonstration area for digital economy.

　　工业和信息化部科技司副司长王卫明强调， 工信部下一步将深入践行创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念，重点从四方面着手推进工作，努力推动人工智能产业发展迈上新台阶。一是聚焦关键技术产品创新。推动高端通用芯片现有成果向人工智能应用领域拓展，加大算法改进、芯片结构优化研发力度。二是深化人工智能与制造业融合。深入实施智能制造，开展智能制造试点示范，推动人工智能技术与交通、能源、医疗等行业的融合。三是着力打造特色产业集群。统筹区域产业布局，强化部省合作联动，加快打造一批特色突出、辐射带动作用明显的人工智能产业集群。四是持续跟踪完善政策体系。建立人工智能标准、测评、知识产权等服务体系，深化国际交流合作，营造产业持续健康发展的良好环境。

　　Wang Weiming, deputy director of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, emphasized that the next work of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is to deeply implement the new development concept of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing from the following four main aspects, which could be helpful to push the development of artificial intelligence industry to a new level. The first is to focus on the innovation of key technologies and products. The Ministry will expand the application field of the existing achievements of high-end general-purpose chips to artificial intelligence and increase the research and development of algorithm improvement and chip structure optimization. The second is to deepen the integration of artificial intelligence and manufacturing. The Ministry will deepen the implementation of intelligent manufacturing, carry out pilot demonstrations of intelligent manufacturing, and promote artificial intelligence technology to integrate with transportation, energy, medical treatment and other industries. The third is to build a cluster of characteristic industries. The Ministry will coordinate the regional industrial layout, strengthen the cooperation between the Ministry and the municipality, and accelerate the establishment of a number of artificial intelligence industry clusters with outstanding features and significant influence. The fourth is to continuously track and improve the policy system. The Ministry will establish service systems such as artificial intelligence standards, assessment and intellectual property, deepen international exchanges and cooperation, and create a good environment for sustainable and healthy development of the industry.

　　目前，人工智能越来越成为科技界和产业界瞩目的焦点。在人工智能高端论坛上来自不同研究和应用领域的专家学者、企业领袖，与参会嘉宾分享了他们对人工智能的思考与实践。

　　Nowadays, artificial intelligence has gradually become the focus of attention in both the science and technology and the industry. Experts and business leaders from different fields of research and application shared their thoughts and practices on artificial intelligence with the participants at the AI High-End Forum.

　　论坛上，中国工程院院士谭建荣为大家深入浅出地讲解了人工智能的关键技术和发展趋势，中国电子信息产业发展研究院院长卢山介绍了相关产业依托智能技术进行转型升级的概念、路径、问题和建议，德国汉堡科学院院士张建伟则详细阐述了认知信息物理时代的AI技术创新。

　　In the forum, Tan Jianrong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, gave an in-depth brief explanation of the key technologies and developing trends of artificial intelligence in simple language. Lushan, president of China Center for Information Industry Development, introduced the concepts, paths, problems and solutions for the transformation and upgrading of related industries based on intelligent technology. Zhang Jianwei, an academician of Hamburg Science Academy in Germany, elaborated on the innovation of AI technology in the age of cognitive cyber physics.

　　科沃斯商用机器人有限公司总经理高倩在题为“智能服务机器人的价值进化论”的演讲中表示，人工智能的发展，听觉、视觉等技术的突破，给机器人更接近人类的“感官”，大数据的积累给予机器人更多“学习资料”，通过机器学习，机器人正变得更加“聪明”，由原先机械依靠编程进行重复性劳动升级为可自主处理未知环境。机器人已经成为人工智能创新的最好载体。

　　Gao Qian, general manager of Ecovacs Commercial Robot Co., Ltd., said in her speech entitled "The Evolution Theory of the Value of Intelligent Service Robots" that the development of artificial intelligence and breakthroughs in auditory and visual technologies bring robots closer to "senses" of human being. The accumulation of big data provides robots more “learning materials”. Robots are becoming more and more "intelligent" through machine learning. They used to rely on programming to perform repetitive work mechanically. Now they can handle unknown environments autonomously. Robots have been the best embodiment of the innovation of artificial intelligence.

　　商汤科技联合创始人、副总裁杨帆特别讲述了人工智能产业化面临的关键挑战。中软国际互联网ITS集团执行总裁童强解读了如何利用下一代信息技术驱动数字化社会的建设和发展。

　　Yang Fan, co-founder and vice president of SenseTime, specifically described the key challenges that the industrialization of artificial intelligence is faced with. Tong Qiang, CEO of Chinasoft International Internet ITS Group, explained how to use the next generation of information technology to drive the construction and development of the digital society.

　　云丛科技有限公司联合创始人姚志强介绍了人工智能时代的行业发展趋势，他表示，人工智能产业的发展，不仅面临着核心算法不断升级的挑战，更面临着不同应用场景的挑战。

　　Yao Zhiqiang, co-founder of CloudWalk Technology, introduced the trends of industrial development in the era of artificial intelligence. He said that the development of artificial intelligence industry is not only faced with the challenge of continuously upgrading the core algorithm, but also faced with the challenges of different application scenarios.

　　光大控股董事总经理、新经济投资负责人艾渝则从投融资的角度，分析了AI底层技术的持续突破给产业数字化进程带来的巨大价值。

　　From the perspective of investment and financing, Ai Yu, managing director and head of new economic investment of Everbright, analyzed the tremendous value that the continuous breakthroughs of AI's underlying technology bring to the digitalization process of the industry.

　　论坛最后的尖峰对话环节，在赛迪智库电子信息产业研究所、互联网研究所所长、人工智能产业创新联盟秘书长安晖的主持下，甲骨文全球副总裁唐聆风、图麟信息创始人兼CEO魏京京、金山科技集团董事长王金山、海云数据创始人兼董事长冯一村、中科创达公司副总裁杨宇欣、重庆特斯联智慧科技副总裁孙贇、贵州小i机器人CTO王浩等嘉宾围绕“AI新时代——从概念到落地”展开了激烈的讨论，为现场听众奉献了一场丰盛的思想盛宴。

　　The panel, which is the final part of the forum, was hosted by An Hui, director of the electronic information industry research institute and the Internet research institute of CCID Think Tank and secretary general of Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Alliance. Tang Lingfeng who is the vice president of Oracle Global, Wei Jingjing who is the founder and CEO of Tunicorn Technology, Wang Jinshan who is the chairman of Jinshan Science and Technology, Feng Yicun who is the founder and chairman of Haiyunshuju, Yang Yuxin who is the vice president of Thundersoft and Sun Yun who is the vice president of Smart Technology of Chongqing Terminus participated in the panel, Wang Hao who is the CTO of Xiaoi Guizhou.
